Products with free shipping only shipped via Air-Mail and takes approximately 7-14 days for delivery world wide.
Malaysia: Shipping to anywhere within Malaysia is free of charge. It normally takes 3-7 days for delivery in Peninsula Malaysia, and 4-8 days for Sabah and Sarawak.
All others: We ship virtually any address in the world. You have the option to have your books shipped either via Airmail or EMS courier service. All books by airmail will be sent by parcel Airmail.
Difference between Airmail and EMS
For a start, Airmail costs much less than EMS, and takes approximately 7-14 days for delivery. EMS courier service usually takes only 3-7 working days for delivery. Another advantage of EMS is that you can track your package via the EMS website, using the tracking number we will provide you by email once the book is shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated based upon total weight of the books you ordered and your preferred shipping method. Airmail cost is based on rates provided by Pos Malaysia Berhad and EMS rates are provided by Federal Express Services (Malaysia).
When do we ship?
Within 24 hours (weekends excepted!)... that's when the product leaves the building. International orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday - Friday. No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. If you provided an accurate email address you will be notified when your order ships.
WHITELIST UmmahZone in your email program to make sure you get your tracking # (if applicable), and your order receipt. These days, often emails are filtered into your spam or 'junk' folder by your email provider... whitelist us so this doesn't happen.
Especially if you use AOL, Yahoo or Hotmail for your email, these companies will often filter your shipping confirmation right into your SPAM folder! Whitelist us now to make sure this doesn't happen.
Any extra fees levied by your country's customs department must be paid for by you. Please check this before ordering.
Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the Post Office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, contact our Customer Support to resolve any issues.
